CHROMATIC LINE SENSOR (CLS)
The chromatic line sensor offers the same advantages than the chromatic point sensor:
1) High numerical aperture- High slope acceptance
2) Works on any kind of material (specular, diffusive, opaque, transparent…)
3) Accurate measurement (but slightly less than the point sensor…)
4) Confocal setup: no shadowing.
Non coherent light source: no speckle effect
